As a Licensed Sr. Loan Processor, Beth will be your main point of contact from now until closing. She works closely with the underwriter, provides status updates, and may request additional documents—please submit them within 24 hours to keep things on track. A dedicated mother of three and part of our team for 11 years, Beth is truly one of a kind!

More about Vic and his family!
To get to know me, you have to get to know my wife Maya. She is my rock. She keeps me on track. She insists I exercise, take my medicine, and focus on my health and family. She has the toughest job and has been a stay-at-home mom since we were married 25 years ago.
She has done the most difficult job in the world. Raising 3 children, all respectful of others, grateful for what they have, and giving to others. She is a much better parent than I could have ever been. The way she has run the household over the years, her actions, ethics, morals, and discipline have rubbed off on me.
She always tells me. “If you say you are to do something, then do it. If you are not going to do something, then say nothing”. Wise words to live by. She also says, ”Take care of the customer, and you will always have a customer.” I love her more than anything and will die at her side.
We enjoy our time together and like to have a few beers while taking in all we have accomplished through the years.
In 2017, from a lack of self-care, I suffered a stroke. I had lost the entire left side of my body. As I liked to walk, they strapped me onto the treadmill for rehabilitation. I turned this adverse event into a positive one and added another challenge to my life. It made me look inside myself and realize I needed to change to be around for my family. I started to watch what I eat and exercise regularly. Now I walk a 10k 4 times a week. I went from 228 lbs and a 42-inch waist to 185 lbs and a 32-inch waist.
Even my family joins in! Here my daughter Sakura, my son Kazuma, and I finish the Ann Arbor – Dexter 10k in August of 2021!
I continue to exercise daily. It’s tough to stay on track with disciplines, but I try every day to be a better father, husband, and mentor for my team.
I met Maya in Japan when I worked and lived there when I was an Engineer. We have been married for 25 years now and have 3 wonderful children. Our daughter Sakura, has received her Real Estate License and is now an agent at Keller Williams Living in Brighton Michigan.
My son Kazuma is a student at Northwood University completing his BA in Business finance. He is gravitating into the mortgage business after he graduates in May of 2022.
My youngest Shingo is a graduate of Hartland High School. He was accepted to several colleges and plans to also take classes in business finance and may enter the family business someday as well.
Our family is close. We enjoy taking family vacations, relaxing by the pool with friends, and going out to dinners. We live for the summer!
Fun facts about Vic!
He wanted to be a garbage man as a child while growing up in Detroit.
Vic failed his first semester of college and dropped out. He then pretended to continue attending school when in reality he was going to sit at Burger Chef (a fast food restaurant) where he would read the real estate ads in the newspaper.
He became an apprentice and went back to school as a tool and die maker.
He was sent to Japan for 3 years as an engineering liaison for a tool and die company. While in Japan, he joined a rock band which lead to him meeting his wife.
He is a father of 3 and has now been in the mortgage business since 2000.
You can say that Vic’s life has never been boring! Through battling bad times and the ups and downs of life, Vic discovered his passion for helping people, which has led to him being an incredible loan officer and educator for home buyers/sellers alike.
